John McClain of the Houston Chronicle shares his memories of Dave Campbell, the longtime editor-in-chief of Texas Football. Mr. Campbell was an icon in the state of Texas and an important part of the Texas Sports Hall of Fame community. He passed away in December of 2021. This is episode is the first of two tributes to Dave Campbell.
